What's Involved In your first FREE WEEK of training?

Your first week of CrossFit is the most important.  Our mission is to make your first CrossFit experience enjoyable and safe.  Each of your workouts and movements will be scaled back to a level where you can focus on learning your new movements and getting to know the CrossFit methodology.  You’ll be guided by a coach 100% of the time so you’ll never feel lost and our current members will have your back and help you through the workouts with moral support and good energy.

CrossFit Confront is located in Toowoomba City, QLD, just off of Ruthven St. If you are travelling north (towards highfields) to the gym simply turn right at the Spotted Cow hotel on ruthven st and you will see the gym on the left side of Campbell St. Street parking can be easily found in the vicinity of the gym.
