40 Secs On – 20 Secs Off x 9 Mins

  1. Flutter Kicks
  2. Turkish Situps
  3. Plank Up-downs


10 rounds for time: 

10 push ups  

10 sit-ups 

10 air squats

Today we’ll hone in on the single most important part of the body, The core.  We want to be working consistentlty for our 40 Secs of work and if we can’t then scaling things back a bit so that we can. 20 Secs of rest to take a breath and position ourselves for the next set.

Our 10 Round workout today should allow a fairly constant pace as we switch body parts from movement to mevement giving us a rest in at least the muscle groups being worked.  Aim to maintain the highest pace possible throughout.
