12 Single Dumbbell/Kettlebell Push Press

 

4 Rounds

2 Burpee

12 Single Dumbbell/Kettlebell Snatch

A Core burner for the strength piece, focus on lifting the hips high and staying square on those side planks!

 

The Metcon is Three little 4 round workouts all put together! smash these out at a fast pace, Luckily the sets of burpees get smaller every time!!
