20-1 Air Squats
10 pushups in between each set
This one might get tough!
Try and find a cadence on the air squats where you don’t fatigue too much, you will quickly find out in the second half of this workout, that the pushups are going to get REAL!
No scaling for Air Squats, make sure to hit depth!
Pushups we can scale by electing our hand on a bench, couch anything we have, keep the midline tight by squeezing your core, don’t let the lower back sag down!
