Coaches Brief and Demonstration

WOD – Wednesday 22nd April

Strength:

AMRAP 5

10m Broad Jump

10 Pushups

 

Metcon:

AMRAP 10

2-4-6-8-10 etc.

Double Unders

Walking Lunge

Scaling: Single Unders (don’t double reps today to save the mid-WOD math), Jumping Jacks.

Feel Free to add weight to the lunges!

Pump out the pushups in the strength piece, and don’t take too long on the broad jumps, they are in there to jack up your heart rate and just to break up the pushups.

As for the Metcon today, the first few minutes you will pump out the rounds faster then Fraser but as the rounds go on they will get bigger, push through on those bigger sets of lunges!
