WOD – Wednesday 29th April

STRENGTH: Lower Body

Weighted Single Leg squats

5 Sets of 5 reps on each leg

 

METCON:

3×5 Minute AMRAPS

AMRAP 5

50 Skips or Double Unders

25 Air Squats

Rest 1 Minute

 

AMRAP 5

30 Skips or Double Unders

12 Strict Press Rest 1

 

AMRAP 5

10 Dumbbell Squats

10 Situps

25 Jumping Jacks

We are weighting our Single Legs Squats today!

You choose the weight, and remember, hold the weight on the chest to make it harder, but if you hold the weight out infant of you, it can actually help you bring your balance forward over your foot!

 

Like yesterday we have Three little workouts all joined together!

15 minutes total, attack each round hard and go all out!
