WOD – Wednesday 8th April

3 rounds of 1 min each

1. back pack/weighted thrusters
2. backpack/weighted cleans
3. hops over backpack/weight
4. backpack reverse lunges
5. burpees over backpack/weight
6. rest

We are looking for MAX Reps!

3 Rounds, perform 1 Minute on each exercise with a 1 minute rest at the end of each Round!

Go Hard!

Get a heavy Backpack or if you have weights or equipment you can use, please use it!
