Warm Up:

5 Minutes of:

  • 20 Seconds Run on Spot
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 3 Inch Worms

STRENGTH: Lower Body

8 Minutes: For Quality!

10 Goodmornings

20 Glute Bridge

30 Second Wall Sit



For Time

100 Floor Wipers

100 Air Squats or 50 Pistol Squats

100 Suitcace Deadlifts

100 Mounatin Climbers

Gear Needed:

KettleBell or Dumbell, or household item similiar

Focus for Today is just to grind through some huge sets of exercises, not often we will give you multiple sets of 100 reps to do, but todays thats whats on!
A lot of reps so scale responsibly where needed!
Goodmornings and deadlifts, Keep that back straight, think “shoulder blades in back pockets”!
