For time:

4 Turkish Get ups

4 Turkish Get ups, 16 pushups

4 Turkish Get ups, 16 pushups, 32 lunges

4 Turkish Get ups, 16 pushups, 32 lunges, 64 sit ups

4 Turkish Get ups, 16 pushups, 32 lunges, 64 sit ups, 128 squats

STOP…..Hammertime!

this is called a Hammer style workout, everytime you finish a line, a new movement gets added!

Go hard through the early rounds, but stay in control of the Turkish Getups!

The rounds will get long but PUSH THROUGH!

 

Movement Notes:

Turkish Getup, Eyes on the weight, keep it straight above out shoulder the whole time, move with control!

 

Gear Needed:

KettleBell or Dumbell, or household item similiar
