Find a Zoom partner.
Perform 12 Mins Alternating round AMRAP of
4 Alternating Single arm DB/KB Squat clean Thrusters.
8 KB Swings
12 Bicycle Crunches (Single Count)
Then 100 Straight leg raises
Then perform 12 Mins Alternating round AMRAP of
12 DB/KB Push Jerks (6L/6R)
8 Jumping Lunges
Grab a partner and go fast for the duration of this WOD. If your lucky your partner will give you 1:1 work:rest ration throughout this one. If not, keep up as best you can.
